All applicants must be in good health, agree to abide by the requests of faculty and staff, and, be willing and able to participate in physically strenuous and potentially dangerous work and activities.

Special Note: It is neither feasible nor educationally desirable to have a faculty or staff member present in all activities undertaken by the student, including some that may have risks and inherent danger. Students not prepared to accept individual responsibility under these conditions should not apply for admission.

A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 must accompany each application. Please make checks payable to Stone Soup Institute. Since this application is being submitted via the Internet send a check or money order made out to Stone Soup Institute to the address at the top of this form. Include your name, contact information, and a note stating that you are sending an application fee for an online application. Applications will not be processed unless the application fee is paid.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, January 1st through December 1st. Final notification of acceptance will be sent no later than December 15th.
